Shareholders Meeting for Financial Year 2022

On Monday, April 17, 2023, PT Mitra Tours And Travel held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year 2022 held at the Nakula Sadewa Meeting Room, Patra Jasa Office Tower, Jakarta.

This activity was attended directly by shareholders Mrs. Evalina Sitepu as Director of Business Support of PT Patra Jasa and Mrs. Rahmi Amini as Director of PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia. Then from the internal PT Mitra Tours And Travel was attended directly by Mr. Iswina Dwi Yunanto as Commissioner, Mr. M. Indharto Rusman as Director, and management.

In this activity, several agendas were discussed, such as the approval of the annual report including the ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements to the Board of Directors and Commissioners, then the proposal and determination of the use of profit, the appointment of the Public Accountant Office (KAP) in 2023 and the Award for Performance (Tantiem) to the Board of Directors and Commissioners for the Financial Year 2022, the proposal and determination of the Remuneration of the Board of Directors and Commissioners for the Financial Year 2023.
